Daniel is phenomenal. He sold me on the complex. I recommend everyone to work with Daniel. He was unfortunately off when I signed my lease but I hope he got the credit, because if it wasn’t for his efforts, humble personality, and his customer service I don’t think I would’ve been sold on living here. However the one negative is the company needs to do thorough management training because it’s important “leaders” are good at customer service like Daniel is. Yuleisy was amazing as well. I believe she is the Assistant Manager. She was amazing and also very customer focused. I appreciate her as well because I almost didn’t sign with Daniel gone but did because of how much she understood what it is like on both sides of a customer service interaction.

If I could rate this property 0 stars I would break my fingers to do so. I’m paying $1,600 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen that is outrageously infested with roaches, spiders and other insects that I can’t identify. Pest control has only came to my unit 1 time since I’ve moved in. The best thing about this property is that the maintenance men are very attentive and help as much as they can. If I knew of this issue before hand I would have never moved here. Please do not rent from this location unless you are ok with sharing a space with roaches, spiders and etc.

I moved in September 6, 2025. I do like my apartment, nice and cozy. I do feel the rent is too high for a one bedroom that does not have a washer and dryer. The price is right up there with a 1 or 2 bedroom in a new luxury apartment in Midtown Atlanta. I think the fees that are tacked on are not needed. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed when moving in but maintenance fixed. You can never reach anyone in the leasing office by phone. I have a one bedroom and with the one bedrooms they offer access to laundry rooms that are connected to the apartments. You are given a key. My real issue is the laundry rooms have been getting renovated more than likely before I moved in on 09/06/2025. It’s now 11/02/2025 and the laundry rooms still are available for use. I just moved here at the beginning of August and so far my experience has not been the best. I have made several complaints about broken things here in unit and out of the 10 different things only a few has been addressed. Management gives me the run around on getting things fixed as well I my neighbors are dealing drugs or at least using them openly. If I had a choice I would not have moved in this place and I would not recommend it to anyone of my friends or family. I really hate to feel this way or say such things but this is my experience and treatment so since I have lived here. Amazing customer service! First off the manager, Jessica is absolutely the best! She is so personable and remembers everything I tell her. When I go in shes always asking me about my mom and son. It makes me feel so cared for. Oh! the grounds keeper, Antonio is so sweet! He's always smiling and has helped me many times when my hands were full. Love this place. I may never leave! haha
