The Palms of Shady Villa

Terrible, terrible terrible place. Shower faucet has been broke for yrs and then my calls get ignored. You've been warned!!!!!!!

‼️‼️NOT RECOMMENDED ‼️‼️, The manager is very rude , there is a neighbor that disrupts the entire complex ,she is directly across from us and has 3 cameras pointed directly on our front door ,We had to go buy a hanging bamboo panel to hang in front of our little portion of the porch JUST to get a littleee bit of privacy ,that we pay 900$ a month for ,she records us on her cell phone EVERYTIME we step outside and she’s out there ,and follows us all the way to the parking lot recording , but claims she’s “in fear” everyone has had issues with her but her and the manager are “best friends” so nothing ever gets did , the neighbor falsely had my wife arrested for a complete made up lie . So we called the cops a couple days later to try and report her ,when the cops got here ,one of them went in

If you are looking for a place that allows heavy smoking and has lower rent than other apartments in the neighborhood, this is the place for you. Getting repairs can take a long time, and everything smells like smoke. I saw a listing online that said "smoke free", this is not the case.

Luv this place. It's Quiet, clean and feels so good to call home. Manager is amazing and helpful. I'm proud to call this home.

Extremely rude , so disappointed you can’t even get info without getting an ugly attitude. She doesn't even take her time to explain the prices. Quick to hang up too.
