The Palms at Town Center Apartments

Leasing manager Cheri Mabson was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided me with the best customer service and communication that exceeds expectation. Not only was she punctual on Time restrictions, but she was able to answer all questions and concerns immediately in a timely manner. Everything was handled very professionally from the beginning. She hands-down made my leasing experience, the best, the most efficient that I’ve ever had in my years of renting. By far would refer her to anyone who is needing assistance at this complex she goes above and beyond for her residents. Thank you again for your great customer service!!!

Cheri was amazing—she answered and explained all of our questions in great detail. The complex is clean and quiet, and the application process was quick and easy. I’m looking forward to watching my daughter gain her independence here. Highly recommend!👌 👍

First. I'd like to start off with that I've lived here for the last 5 years since this complex has been open. This complex has had many "ups and downs" since then. I could never remember a single property managers name because we have gone through so many. It just seems like you have to jump though hoops just to simply take care of paying rent. Also if you ever had a question or a concern, no one would be in the office. It's usually locked and no one answers the phone. Overall this place just didn't feel like home. Not to mention that it took them 2 months for them to give me my deposit back. Please don't waste your time here.

At this moment, The Palms is in between management. I have been talking to the temp property manager for the last couple of months, she’s always been nice. However, I’ve never gotten an ACTUAL answer from her. Everything here is up in the air, they do not know anything, apparently. During our latest convo she told me my apartment would be ready in June. Everything was done, paperwork wise. Today she called to tell me no apartments are available. There are no words to describe how disappointed & angry I am. I even toured an apartment & really liked it. I am new to Palm Coast & don’t have any stable housing at this moment so for her to tell me this news really ruined my day. The complex itself is nice, really small but management, or whatever you want to call them is absolutely horrible ! Th

There are not enough stars offered here to properly rate this place especially the manager Patricia. She was so attentive and patient with me. She helped me every step along the way constantly following up on any concerns I had. To me she was my Angel. I just signed my lease and I could not be happier. The place is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful and meeting Patti in person was so wonderful. She is an asset to any place and I cannot wait to start my new life here.
