The Palms Apartments

Lovely. Management is wonderful. If there is ever an issue they are on top of it. After 6 months here we renewed our lease for 2 years. It's clean and well cared for. The buildings may be older than some, but we moved here to get away from a newer complex because they didn't take care of anything. We love it here!

Great Apartment Complex! Ive lived in several different local apartment complexes and for your money this one is the best in town. They dont have a pool or tennis court but they make up for it in price, location(within walking distance of the bowling alley, hutches convenient store, and several restaurants/lounges), and quality of staff. The apartment Manager is awesome. Very friendly and always working hard to keep the complex looking and running great and everyone happy. I have and will continue to recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice, affordable, clean, updated apartment.

The grounds are very well kept. Lots of renovations going on constantly to improve the apartments. The on site manager Lena is amazing and always willing to help out in any way that she can! Very accommodating and friendly! Laundry on site for your convenience and lots of room for the kiddos to play outside!

Don't answer simple questions and will not give simple answers. If you ask what bills you have to pay they will hang up on you. I have a family of 4, me, my wife, and my two kids, both girls, tried to get a 3 bed apartment and was told that they didn't feel comfortable with that. They won't let u have dogs because they say they're afraid something will go wrong. Just my opinion but if u won't let people have dogs there then why have a pet deposit in the first place. Very rude service.

Awesome place... The management is truly amazing. Great prices an the apartments are really nice
