First of all I want to say that there are several not good reviews, those that give it 1 star I imagine they did it in a moment full of frustration and anger, I may have done the same when Altis sold, because obviously we could feel the change of adaptation. Today I finally want to leave my review after almost a year living here. This is my honest review as a resident who has been living at Palmeri Residences for almost two years. First and most importantly: the electric vehicle charging stations are completely mismanaged. Non-electric vehicles park in EV charging spaces regularly. Even residents with electric cars leave their vehicles in those spots without actively charging. This happens repeatedly, over and over again, and nothing is done about it. There is no proper signage, no enforcement, no towing, and no accountability. Offering EV chargers as an amenity means nothing if there is zero control over their use. It has become chaotic and extremely frustrating for residents who actually depend on them. This property does not meet acceptable living standards and does not deserve a positive rating. These are the worst apartments I have lived in while residing in Naples. The management office is consistently unresponsive. Phone calls are rarely answered, and when concerns are raised, excuses are given instead of solutions. In my experience, staff do not provide adequate attention or follow-up. I have personally visited the office approximately three times to report ongoing parking issues, yet no action has been taken. Parking is a serious problem. There are not enough available spaces, and it is unreasonable that some units have up to four vehicles while other residents are left without parking. Living here has gone downhill fast since Altis sold the property to the new management company. What used to be a great community is now completely unrecognizable and not in a good way. When we signed our lease, we were promised 24/7 access to amenities, a pool open until 11:00 PM, and weekly community activities. All of that is gone. The new management keeps changing rules and taking away amenities that were clearly part of what we agreed to when we moved in. The lake is in terrible condition due to a clear lack of maintenance. It looks neglected and unpleasant, which is unacceptable for a community that once took pride in its appearance. On top of that, dog waste is everywhere. “A Perfect Place to Live” Living in this condominium has been an excellent experience. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, with common areas that are truly enjoyable. Management is very attentive and responds quickly to any requests or concerns. Security is reliable, which gives me great peace of mind, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The location is also ideal — close to shops, restaurants, and with easy access to major roads. It truly feels like home from the very first day. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, safety, and a welcoming environment.
