Originally, I moved into The Palm in 2020 and gave it 5 stars because it was wonderful at first. Now that I've moved on... My review is the same ! This property is so well maintained. Requests are responded to on time, they work hard to keep the landscaping nice. There are a lot of dogs on the premises so they wash down the pavement once a week. It always felt clean. The neighbors were friendly, and overall it felt pretty safe. My only complaint would be technical issues with the call box (but tbh, everyone I know with a callbox has issues). I had my first two babies in this Complex (shoutout to all of my moms with 2 under 2!) , so when the time came to upgrade on space, I eagerly chose another Moss & Company managed property.
Excellent management, Chandis and staff are very responsive and care about their residents. The neighbors are really nice. Lived in a renovated studio and it was really spacious and modern appliances. No issues with the apartment.
CHANDIS P. IS AMAZING! We love her customer service and attention to detail. She listens. She explains things crystal clear. Just be communicative and she will get you anything you need. We love our new home!! Best place we have been so far 💜💞💙💕🥰🌸
