Very happy living here. Office staff is very attentative and accommodating. Maint is always knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests. My only issue is the cost to live here but for what we get, it's worth every penny!

Our move-in experience has been smooth and wonderful. The apartment is spotless, quiet, and truly feels like home. Robin, Kayla, and the reception were exceptionally helpful throughout the process. Couldn’t be happier with our new place!

I’ve lived in this community for about a year and a half, and unfortunately it has only gone downhill since the day I moved in. While frequent emails have always been part of the experience, the tone of the messages in recent months has become surprisingly rude and condescending. What makes it even more frustrating is that many of the new rules being enforced are restrictions on amenities and features that we already pay for. Rent continues to rise, yet residents are being given fewer freedoms and treated as if we’re inconveniences rather than paying tenants. As someone who consistently pays on time, follows the rules, and keeps to myself, the sassy, unprofessional tone of these emails is frankly disrespectful... I get using that tone with unruly tenants however it’s reached a point wher

No GFI outlets near sinks. No junction boxes on electrical repairs major code violation. No courtesy at all. Over 2years and no clue of maintenence names but they have seen me and my female roomate naked because they do not make appointments and just walk in. And the office has the audacity to say im wrong. I have audio. Video. The local fire marshall knows. So there you have it. You wanted me to leave this. Did I mention the first time they tried to fix hvac? Guy shorted 220 and a rain of sparks all over me. Why bother turning off the power. Osha.

Nice but it's nothing like it was when they first opened these apartments, it was much better then. Office staff is very nice but maintenance is slack, I called the office a while back about bird poop being on the walk way to my apartment and some of it was cleaned up but not all, some of it is still there. It's always noise over your head from neighbors in the evening and you can call the office but it doesn't do any good. The gates to the apartment complex is always broke, and you don't know if you're gonna get hit or hit it because of how slow the gates are when coming in, all because of irresponsible young adults that stay out here, the car care area vacuum has been broke and taped up since I've moved here 6 months ago. I work 10 hour days, paying almost 1600 a month and can't ever get
