I am a new resident here and I would like to acknowledge leasing agent Samantha for her compassion and diligence to my urgent need to move. Samantha was very kind and helpful when I came in inquiring about any immediate availability. She walked me through the application process and advised me of their financial resources to help make the move in process more affordable. While meeting with Samantha, I never felt rushed. She took me on a complete tour, and informed me of current renovations that would hinder some access to the amenities they offer. This included their laundry facility and the pool area. I was able to see the exact unit I applied for and loved it immediately. Samantha and other staff, including management did everything they could to assure my requested move in date. I am ve

I am extremely disappointed in how this property has handled a very serious situation. A fire occurred in the unit above mine, causing water and smoke damage that left me displaced from my home. What is most concerning is that I had to contact the leasing office myself the day after the fire because they were completely unaware of what had happened in their own building. Since last Monday, no one has reached out to me with updates, guidance, or even basic communication regarding my displacement. I have personally called for updates and continue to be told the property manager has been in meetings all day. At some point, resident safety and crisis response should take priority. I want to say thank you to Samantha for helping my boyfriend and I with the whole process of the application and moving in. She is very considerate and patient and I’m so grateful we had her to help us through the process. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see the exact unit we would be moving into because of what another leasing staff said. Something about we can’t see it after we signed the lease (which we hadn’t signed yet at the time), but I asked him if we could see it before we signed, he said no. I guess because he was about to send us the lease, I don’t know. But, I’ve been here for a couple of weeks now and so far so good. We appreciate Samantha for the help and we recommend her

Trash situation in the rear of the complex is crazy. With the previous company that owned the complex it rarely got like this but with this new one it’s like this everyday. It has been about two weeks since I have posted my review and the trash situation has only gotten worse.

Will happily update this review once the ongoing trash issues are corrected. Since new management took over, we have lost access to communicate with staff via anything but the app. We have been instructed as a community not to visit the office or call the office. Maintenance requests go unanswered and unresolved. Breezeways and common areas are neglected unless they want to show the apartments to new renters. But the trash issue is the worst of it by far, and is going completely unaddressed: The compactor is ALWAYS broken down, but we are still paying a monthly fee for it. The solution? Charge us MORE money for valet trash service that we didn’t ask for. So now we pay for both, and last week, AllyWaste stopped picking up the trash as well.
