I do not recommend staying at Paddock Apartment. It has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had in Louisville. When I paid my rent on the 2nd, they charged me a late fee because they changed their payment app without properly informing residents. Everything there is very expensive, but the maintenance service is poor. During summer, the AC didn’t work properly, and in winter, the heaters also didn’t function well. I only stayed about 6 months but ended up paying for a full year lease, along with additional late fee charges. For one of the most overpriced apartments in Louisville, the service and management were disappointing. The staff was rude, and there were only two maintenance workers for the whole property. In most apartments, you usually see more maintenance staff tha

Paddock at Eastpoint Apartments are definitely NOT luxury apartments and should not be branding themselves as such. Our experience at the complex was fine, however, we’ve lived in several states at many different complexes and this one was very disappointing. We have been moved out for a few months now so maybe some of these things have changed, but I doubt it. Pros: The maintenance team was quick to respond to our tickets and they were all pleasant to work with. All other employees were nice as well, we don’t have any complaints about anyone at the complex. Cons: 1. The apartment was dirty when we moved in. The floor turned our feet black, and there were a few roaches that had to be dealt with right away. 2. You have to use spectrum and you’re charged monthly for cable/wifi even if

My husband and I are moving across states and Lidia has been amazing! She has been super friendly and always very detailed with us. We personally aren't moving for at least a year and they still have been super helpful. Never had a nicer and easier process of getting a place ready for us when we are ready to move. Super excited to be living here!

I was lied to so you don't have to be: • No, they don't have a car charging station. Nearest ones are a mile and a half away, and they're all owned by corporations (hotels, other apartment complexes, luxury car dealerships). •Expect a $2-300 electric bill through the winter • If your friend lives here and they're hyping living here up, don't trust it. I heard they're incentivizing ($$$) referrals now. • Their pool is the largest on this side of town, but that's bc they're in Anchorage. It's easy to have the largest pool when ain't nobody else out this way. • The extra charge they ask of you *before* you can get approved for renting there? Yeah, that's a monthly charge. They say it's for the cable & internet package (which you can't opt out of), and utility/amenity fees. Mind you, beca

My initial experience was not great. I was pressured hard to make a commitment that moment.. to the point they brought the property manager out. That should have been my first red flag… They make you pay your deposit and sign the lease before you do the walk through. We ultimately picked this apartment because of the location and size. We picked the top floor. We tried to get one of the 2 story apartments. They said there wasn’t anything available so we are on the third floor. I wouldn’t pick that if I were you. The AC unit can’t keep up with the heat and it’s 75-76 degrees from 3pm-1am… the spare bedroom gets the hottest and that is our daughter’s room. The small HVAC is next to the master bedroom and it will keep you up at night because it’s loud. Maintenance come quickly but they don’t
