The Oxbow

Have lived here for about 2 years. Great place to live, great location and great amenities. Bailey in the leasing office is amazing, she is always very helpful and friendly. She always helps me locate my missing packages. The community manager, Adam is also a friendly face to see when I walk in the club house. Would highly recommend living here! Have had very few problems. Gym could use a cable machine.

We have had fantastic experience living at the Oxbow the past year and a half. The property is well-managed and well-maintained. The management, leasing, and maintenance crew are very responsive, understanding, and friendly. Bailey, in the leasing office, recently helped me locate a sentimental and expensive watch I lost on the property. She responded right away and had the watch located within the hour. This is just one of the many examples of the excellent service they provide. I would highly recommend the Oxbow to anyone seeking a new apartment community!

The maintenance people at this apartment are the best i have ever had the pleasure to call upon. John showed up within minutes of me putting in my maintenance emergency request with knowledge and calmness . Jordan and Mason showed me some solutions and helped me to implement my decision. In my opinion the maintenance and front office are top tier because they sincerely care for their tenants and help them to truly feel at home.

Have enjoyed living at The Oxbow, so much so that I re-signed my lease last summer. Like any new build apartment complex, there’s some issues with construction quality and noise insulation. However, prices are competitive, the units and amenities are nice, and the grounds are amazing. Additionally, I’ve had great experiences with the staff. The maintenance team always responds promptly and won’t call a job finished until the issue is resolved. The front office folks are kind, know all their residents, and are willing to work with you. That type of consistency should be a major consideration in choosing where to rent.

Have had nothing but great experiences being at The Oxbow. Michelle, Bailey, Adam & John have been super helpful since I’ve been here. To all the comments that say it’s bad living, I’m sorry for you. Not badly priced compared to other complexes and there are plenty amenities to use if your free time. Thanks again to The Oxbow team!
