The Overton Brentwood

Quite literally the worst place you could choose. It is not safe, my car was broken into and hit while I was there, Alice in the front office is useless, they purposely lost my washer and dryer that I rented with an outside company. There is trash everywhere, rude people inconsiderate of others, and no parking if you get home from work after 5. The AC systems are ancient, and the gates never work. Honestly it’s a pathetically ran establishment and they let anyone with a pulse rent there. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If there is a positive review I can almost guarantee they got someone to post it, or they don’t even live there.

I feel that this aging apartment complex deserves a good review because it is evident that they are trying. Effort means a lot. It is obvious that this is an aging apartment complex but in 2016 they renovated adding granite counter tops, upgraded sink faucets, refaced cabinets, gray laminate faux wood flooring and lighting. With that said, the condition of the unit depends upon the previous tenant and whether or not they invited "pests" to live with them by leaving food out or not keeping a clean house also whether or not they had a pet living with them or not. The day I moved in, which was 03/01/19, the unit could've been much cleaner. The floors needed sweeping and mopped and there were mismatched light bulbs in fixtures where you can see the bulbs, which would not bother some people

My friend lives here and is currently moving because this place is not IT. There are roaches, it’s loud, and there is no safety. The management is terrible. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. Damn near section 8.

This place is way overpriced for what you get. They have roaches and the property is always dirty. The gates never work. The list goes on and on. Alice is the office is useless and the only one that seems to even work is Maria (couldn’t say nice enough things about her) other than that there’s not much nice to say about this property

I’m gonna save anyone looking for an apartment time and money. DO NOT MOVE into these apartments, as of recent this place has become very ghetto. Neighbors are loud, kids screaming and stomping through the halls, if you are trying to have sleep during the weekend tough luck because will be playing loud music and drinking in the gazebo till 5am in the morning. Oh and if you have a nice car expect people here to scratch up, dent your car, I recently traded in my 2021 Corolla for a 2023 brand new car. Already got scratched by a truck and even now recently got dented by a van. Yes most of the residents here all most in construction and park their big vans in the lot. Very inconsiderate types who will not bother to let you know they damaged your vehicle. I myself am moving, looking for a better
