The Overlook at St. Thomas Apartments

I cannot say enough great things about this property, and can’t wait to move into my new apartment in May!!! The Overlook offers an unmatched living experience with modern, stylish units, with top-tier amenities (especially the pool & gym) that feel like a 5 star resort! The property is consistently clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a peaceful, upscale, and convenient place to call home. Hannah is my leasing consultant, and has been awesome to work with! She is friendly, professional, responsive, and makes you truly feel like she cares about you as a resident!

The maintenance department is excellent! They are extremely timely on every kind of maintenance issue that comes up. They are very respectful and are also cleanly and pick up after any job. The snow removal has been awesome and done incredibly swift and efficient. I believe they exceed all expectations in a maintenance crew.

Our apartment complex does such a great job building community! They hosted a chili cook-off last night, and it was such a fun event — they do something like this every month, often with an open bar, and it’s always a great time. The office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. It really feels like they care about the residents and want everyone to enjoy living here. Couldn’t ask for a better team or a better place to live!

My daughter and I have lived at The Overlook at St. Thomas for over two (2) years now and love our home here. The amenities are incredible, the staff makes you feel like you're a part of the Overlook family, there are so many fantastic resident events that help us connect with our neighbors and we feel safe and comfortable. It doesn't hurt that the property is always beautifully manicured and we can enjoy the grills on property and dine al fresco. The location of this property is perfect, with everything we need within a mile radius, and the highway to get anywhere is about two (2) miles away. We can drive five (5) minutes to get to the river or eight (8) minutes to get to the bridge. The pool is gorgeous and a wonderful perk of being a resident. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I love the open floor plan, large windows with tons of natural light, and the high-quality finishes throughout. The amenities are a major plus. Plus, everything is kept spotless. Would recommend to anyone in the Louisville area.
