The Orchards at Arlington Highlands

I absolutely love living at The Orchards at Arlington Highlands! The community is warm and welcoming, the residents are so friendly, and the staff is amazing. There’s always something fun to do, and the location is perfect close to shopping, dining, and everything I need. It truly feels like home.

The Orchards at Arlington Highlands has been our home for 4 years, and we love it!! The building and furnishing style is very welcoming, light and airy, large community rooms, and the amenities are many. Management and staff are currently exemplary, friendly and responsive to residents' needs. The building grounds are beautiful, with many trees out front. Pool is large and kept spotless. Our maintenance staff are thorough with daily cleaning, and they are all very friendly and know most of the residents and their needs. Very efficient. Our location is close to all types of retail shopping and businesses, and major roadways and highways. This makes it easy to get around Arlington and Mansfield.

I visited The Orchards based off of recommendations to check out their Massage Therapist, Angela. I am 36 weeks pregnant and have been needing a massage but wasn’t sure where to go knowing that I heard some massages can trigger labor contractions. Based off of other recommendations I decided to get my first prenatal massage and decided to go with Angela. Hands down this was the best decision I made coming into my third trimester. Angela is easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and had me leaving better then I came in. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend her to anyone! Thanks The Orchards and Angela for this much needed massage experience!

In addition to being a great setting, this place has great staff. Yesterday we had great service from Juanita and Carlos. They not only took good care of us but did it with a smile. We've only been here a short time but they greet us by name in the hallways and respond quickly to our needs.

I just visited the most desirable 55+ community ever! If you have visited it or perhaps living at the Orchards at Arlington Highlands then you know what I'm talking about. Its beautifully decorated and all of community areas are inside along with the apts in same building but on different floors. No more do you have to go outside to reach your apt. Not only that, there is so many activities you can do with all the friendly residents. And the best part of my visit was meeting one of the friendly and knowledgeable Sales Consultant, Heather Merrifield who was so kind and patient with me showing me all of the apts I was interested in during her lunch hour, no less. She definitely is a "People Person" so if that sounds like a place where you would like to live go see her at 131 E. Bardin
