The Orchards Apartments

We moved in in the end of October 2024 when Ardent was still managing the buildings, we left at the end of October 2025. If I could give this dump zero stars, I would, 100%. They had posters offering money incentives to people who would bring in more residents and if I could, I would pay people not to move in. When Ardent had control of these apartments, they suddenly sold the place, didn't tell anyone what was happening which made the transition so shaky, trying to pay and gets any needs taken care of was awful. They couldn't keep Staff and every day you walked in it would be someone new so if you had a genuine issue, it was never resolved. The place was CONSTANTLY covered in trash. Trash in front of our neighbors doors, trash in the parking lots, trash overflowing at all the dog crap s

My family has lived here a little over 3 months which grant you isn’t a long time. Anything that has needed fixed is fixed right away, which wasn’t much, a few other tenants and a minor fix of our light switch, that didn’t need fixed we just didn’t know how to use it HA HA. I love our apartment very luxury, pool, grill, indoor gym, dog park, and fire pit. It’s sad to see Branddie go she is definitely my favorite but glad she’s going on to better things, and the office folks really are like family. Thank you guys for all that you do for us <3

I thought it was a good idea because it was a new apartment. I could hear everything, even my neighbor's snoring. They had posted a referral ad for $500, and I referred my sister, but I never got paid. There's always someone different in the office, and no one knows anything. They even have a bad attitude. I moved in on May 30th. I'm still waiting for my deposit, but according to the forecast, I don't think it'll arrive, and I'll hand in the keys. The pool is only open two weeks a year. I don't recommend it. Find another place.

Sarah H. In the office did a fantastic job with getting us all signed up for our new place. We put in our application, and I believe they had us approved and the lease signed 1 or 2 days later. We move in August 7th, and we’re very excited. Beautiful apartments, great area, good schools.

Village Green has been one of the worst leasing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at the leasing office is rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. They don’t return calls, they give you the runaround, and they act like they’re doing you a favor by even talking to you. It’s honestly insulting how little they care. You walk in with valid questions or concerns, and they dismiss you like you don’t matter. The management is disorganized, the staff is arrogant, and the overall attitude is “take it or leave it.” If this is how Village Green treats people before moving in, I can’t imagine the disrespect tenants have to deal with once they live there. This company is a joke. Stay far away — there are plenty of places with decent people who actually value residents.
