The Orchard at Solo

The transition moving into solo was super smooth and Rob was great with helping us through the process. He was very helpful in every way and made the transition a great experience. The apartment itself was cleaned and well maintained! Very great experience!

If it’s possible to give negative starts I would. We had no functioning laundry machines for over 2 years, our door codes/doors are always broken, and they are always raising the price of rent with nothing to show for it and no compensation for anything that remains broken, like when we had to go to a laundromat for 2 years when it’s part of the lease to have a working laundry room. There was stagnant water sitting in one of the washers that turned red and had floaties in it for over a year which is a massive health hazard, (again, with no compensation) and the laundry room floods with sewage which makes the building smell awful. The office claims to have office hours of certain hours, but on numerous occasions they are not there when they are supposed to be. I’ve lived there for 4 years a

Probably the worst maintenance I’ve ever experienced, we went almost 2 years without a washer or a dryer even tho it was included in our lease. We received no compensation for it either the only thing they did was raise our rent every single year. Apartments are insanely over priced for what was provided. Lived here for 4 years and almost half the time we had no washer and dryer. Then finally they put a single washer and single dryer for an entire building with 8 apartments…..

Anthony is absolutely amazing! Super nice and very helpful! John from maintenance needs to be protected at all costs ! He is the G.O.A.T. Such a great-friendly guy, who always listens and takes care of my issues super quick ! I appreciate you guys, thanks so much for all that you do !

Storage rooms, basement have horrible mildew, junk and management still hasn't fixed it in almost 2 years. Dumpsters are always overflowing and have horrible garbage and smells. They are remodeling all apartments but cannot care about these things.
