The One at 5959

I lived here 25 years and the manager and staff were have now are the best! Very friendly and care about their tenants..even saved my life when I was sick, put in ICU for a week, hooked up to machines to live..I had 8 days they said..but I made it and was in physical therapy facility for 2 months. I was moved to a downstairs studio cause I couldn't do the stairs. I love my new studio apt, so easy for me. Also I'm amazed at how clean, and pristine the pool looks. Sooooo clean like the pools in resorts. I never seen an apt pool being so clean til now..even a great maintenance staff! And it's quiet here! I love this place rn and so do my rescue cats. 💯❤️❤️

My experience has been excellent with “The One @ 5959” Kiara was not only professional but also was very courteous and showcased good and ethical human values. She made me and my wife feel not only comfortable but very welcoming. Kiara stole the show and she is undoubtedly an Asset to this company. Aside all of this the Apartment Home at “The One @ 5959” is at a beautiful location and has very good amenities which is beyond expectations. This place is genuinely Hell on Earth. My father's car was broken into TWICE in the span of only a couple months in their supposed "gated community", and they have yet to do anything about it. These people only care about charging you your monthly rent and not about the safety and comfort of its residents. There's a widespread feral cat problem that they do nothing about, and absolutely no security, which explains the frequent break-ins and cold community. Nobody even attempts to socialize with their neighbors because we live in constant fear of being robbed, harrassed, or threatened. People have to set up cameras in front of their doors because management is so incompetent. Move in if you love the stench of marijuana every time you walk outside. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed some real improvements at this complex. While there have been a few bumps along the way, things have been steadily getting better. Maintenance has been prompt and efficient whenever I’ve needed help, and the exterminators quickly resolved the issues I had — which was a big relief. One major concern for me was the noise and misuse of the pool, especially since I work night shifts and live right next to it. Thankfully, that situation was addressed, and it’s made a huge difference in my ability to rest during the day. There was a recent issue with a sudden spike in our utility bills due to a provider error, which understandably upset many residents. However, the management team communicated with us, promised repayment — and followed through in a timely
