The Oconee Shores Apartments, Inc.

I clean for an older gentlemen that resides in these apartments. The owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. They need upgrades terribly and they are infested with bugs!!! Just because you have housing that’s affordable for low income residents, doesn’t mean you should allow the apartments to be completely disgusting.

I applied for myself and paid the app fee but every time I tried to contact these people I get no answer, no call back, no email, nothing. Until they called to say add another person and pay another app fee for that person. I did that and tried to call and email but haven't gotten a responce back at all and it's been since September. I asked them to at least email me if I didn't get it or at least answer my calls but no response. Makes me thinking I got played for $80 by unprofessionals. When I went to view the tiny apartment, nothing had been fixed or done to it. Everything was dirty and the lights were cut off. Why show a property if it is not prepared????? Very unprofessional people.

Appartments are affordable but in dire need of fixing up. So old. They do not upgrade. Things are falling apart.

It's small and mostly adult living. The complex is old but management is good .

Like the fact that its far from the road.neighborhood seems legit quiet
