The Oasis San Marcos

DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing mouse problem in my unit since November, and it still hasn’t been properly resolved. Maintenance has come out multiple times, but the issue keeps coming back. We’ve had to call two or three times just to get basic things like traps or padding, which shouldn’t require repeated requests. It feels like the problem is being temporarily patched instead of actually fixed. Living with a recurring pest issue for months has been stressful and unacceptable. I pay so much for rent just to get an unclean and unkept community, which is highly disappointing and disgusting. MIND YOU, I DON'T EVEN WRITE REVIEW BUT I HAD TO FOR THIS

I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Our tour guide, Armond , was amazing, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the tour. Armond really made the experience enjoyable and informative. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour here if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

Nelimar is an amazing leasing agent! She goes above and beyond to help with anything you need and always makes the process smooth and stress-free. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always has a smile on her face. Her customer service is top-notch, and you can tell she truly cares about the residents. It’s a pleasure working with someone so professional, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment!!!

I’ve been a resident at the oasis for two years already and have renewed for a third. I love it here! It has everything a college student needs and is a major upgrade from dorm life. Aside from the amenities and apartment quality, I love the staff here. I’ve heard horror stories from friends living at other complexes and I’m so grateful I’ve never had to deal with nonsense here. Maintenance is timely and respectful, the front office staff are always eager to help, and management is very kind. Specifically, Armond in the front office is a great conversationalist and takes the time to get to know you as an individual, not just a customer! Highly recommend taking a tour to get to know the staff and envision yourself living at the oasis.

This property is truly exceptional, featuring a stunning landscape and an impressive range of amenities that set it apart. I had the opportunity to co-sign for one of the residents, and she has demonstrated outstanding responsibility and consistency in meeting all requirements in a timely manner. Isabelle Dixon has shown exemplary respect for the property, not only as a resident but also through her genuine enthusiasm and dedication to working on the property. Isabelle is a person of integrity, professionalism, and kindness. If you are seeking someone who is dependable, helpful, and a true asset to your team or community, I give her my highest recommendation.
