The Oasis at Pavilion Park Apartments

I’ve had a really great experience here so far. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Yanexel especially goes above and beyond to answer questions and make everything smooth and stress free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Definitely recommend this apartment complex!

I have stayed in 3 different units in my two years here each time moving into a larger sized unit. The style, layouts, features and quality of each unit are very nice and consistent with each place that I have stayed. I have not once seen any pests, had to deal with solicitors, nor any issues with neighbors outside of the expected that will come with almost any apartment living and I have never had any unannounced entries into my unit from the front office nor its staff. Speaking of its staff. In my opinion may be one of the best parts of my stay here. They have bent over backwards and have been more than attentive and considerate of any needs I have had during my stay here including through my 3 moves. This place is very great. I walked in and Ms. Espindoza and Deandra were very helpful greeted me with a smile and comfort made me feel like I was already at home. I asked for a tour of the three bedroom and two bedroom apartments and Ms. Espindoza jumped up a smile very eager to take me on the tour. We started the tour and it was awesome, great communication, eye contact and answered all the questions. This by far has been the greatest staff I’ve ever encountered. They’re the best. Thank you guys so much.

Would give zero stars if I could!!! They make it seem all nice and aesthetic online, but it absolutely isn’t. I’ve had multiple issues living here, lights going out faucet leaking under underneath sink and ruining my hair tools. You have to submit issues through an ai app and wait for the maintenance team to get in contact, whenever that may be. My AC kept going out in the summer, and they would do nothing to resolve it. Always have unexpected charges on rent! If you read this and planning to move here bc of the pool like I did, don’t. It’s always closed down for “maintenance” The “valet trash service” one of the stupidest things they hardly ever come and if they don’t you have to put your trash back in your apartment or you’ll be charged $25! I would not recommend my worst enemy to live

My husband, our dog, and I have been living here since March 2024 in a 2 bed/2 bath unit on the 3rd floor, and overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time here. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. What sold us on it was the soaking tub, the aesthetics of the complex, and the dog park. The community is beautiful and has a true resort-like feel if you can look past the dog waste and the trash. I’m glad they fix up the gravel every now and then because it gets everywhere and it gets thin exposing the irigation and the weed block fabric. The pool area is beautiful but gets very overcrowded during warmer months—often with people who don’t even live here. We’ve been here for two summers, and I’ve only gone to the pool once because of how packed it gets. The dog park is probably our fa
