We bought our dream house (resident 6) at The Oaks at Portola Hills, closed escrow on 3/25/22. This is a nice community, has great schools and an amazing view. We were fortunate to work with Steven Springthorpe (Sr. Sale Associate, Baldwin & Sons). He is the most professional and knowledgeable sale person that we ever met. We recently closed our house and are very excited to move to The Oaks At Portola Hills Community. I take this opportunity to thank Steven Springthorpe, who was our main point of contact through the whole process from purchase to handing over the keys. Steven is very knowledgeable about the community and construction process in general. We being first time home buyers, he helped answer/clarify all our questions along the whole process.
