The Novus Apartments

Amazing condos at an unbearable location. You are literally in the epicenter of everything, Not to mention upscale amenities and great views. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The location, views, amenities, and atmosphere are perfect! The condos at The Novus put you right on top of it all. The night-time skyline view from your floor to ceiling windows look like Durham is right at your fingertips and the ability to walk to anything you desire is worth it as well. Security is great, onsite parking is good, and overall it has the feel of a NYC high rise.

The Novus is a beautiful building with great amenities. It was nicely designed and has a clean modern feel. I love the shared spaces and the overall layout. It definitely stands out in Durham!

The Novus is truly extraordinary. The amenities are incredible and the staff is always welcoming and professional. The building feels calm, secure, and thoughtfully managed - definitely one of the nicest apartment buildings I have ever seen.
