The Nova Apartments

While dropping someone off l, I had an urgent call that u needed to take. I pulled over on the side. Actually, the parking lot was basically empty because it was the middle of the day so little traffic. I’m assuming it was the maintenance man, who started blowing his horn at me. Then he proceeded to get out of his white truck and confront me. He could clearly see that I was interacting on my phone. “He said you do realize that’s not a parking spot, right and I said yes. He said well I don’t want any accidents on my property”. I felt attacked and in today’s climate, it was far too confrontational. First, I didn’t know he owned the property but more importantly as a woman being confronted by a strange man who came up to me windows, it was far out of line. I am waiting for a call back from t

I will always love to ask people to come and stay or live in this place or apartments. And I will always give 10/10 .. And the guys at leasing office are absolutely amazing people. And my favorite guys, the maintenance guys are always there whenever they are called for service and they make sure you're sorted.

Great guys. Always come out in a timely manner. But they towed my car for expired tags and there are at least 6 other cars over here not moving or does not have tags. It's cost 255 bucks. The biggest inconvenience ever. Working on a fixed income. On top of that the rent that goes up every year and we pay for a garage service that barely comes.

Everyone is friendly. Reasonably priced and fast move in process. Update- Please don’t move here. I stayed in a one bedroom for one year and within that time i had THREE leaks. My first leak was my washing ma home which they had to replace. My second leak was my hot water heater (which they are all located in your closet) on thanksgiving day. My last leak happened a month after having open heart surgery. I was also pregnant and sleeping on my living room floor for two weeks because there was a hole in my closet. These ppl have no empathy whatsoever. Please don’t move here- also they force u to leave a review when u first move in. Now i see why.

I've been in my apartment for more than half a year. It's not really what I expected. The staff is really nice and professional. I've had no problems with the office. Maintenance is very responsive. They keep the outside of the apartments looking nice and tidy. BUT the apartments are oh so outdated and old. I am in a renovated apartment. The renovations included the floors, countertops, cabinets, and mirrors. The stove and refrigerator is outdated. They resurfaced the tub but it begins to peel after about 3 months. I only take showers. I don't even feel comfortable enough to sit in my own tub. The pictures on the website look cute, but the actual apartments look nothing like that. The carpet in my apartment is old and gross. When I first moved in and deep cleaned my apartment I vacuumed an
