Madison was excellent, she answered all the questions I had. I can’t wait to move in. Praying so that way we get the apartment.

The only complaints are , there is a new restaurant at street level and the music is very loud late at night. I’ve had nights that the music has been on the whole night , not sure what is the reason for that. And another day I was walking in to the building and the building lobby was full of people from the restaurant sitting on the furniture at the lobby. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I am walking into my residence and all of a sudden there is a crowd of people invading my privacy. Don’t know what’s going on but the lobby shouldn’t be used for restaurant purposes. Other than that the experience is great.

My central air conditioning unit suddenly experienced a malfunction, and I contacted emergency maintenance . The technicians, Luis and Mike, promptly responded within a couple of hours and addressed the issue. They were courteous and professional throughout the repair process. In addition to resolving the AC problem, the technicians also noticed an odor in my apartment, which they suspected was my ac filter. They took the initiative to replace the air filter, leaving my home smelling fresh and pleasant. I greatly appreciate the prompt, efficient, and thoughtful service provided by Luis and Mike. My garbage disposal stopped working, I made a call to the maintenance team and in less than two hours a team of four arrived. The team was very professional, slipped on shoe covering like I asked before they entered my apartment. The team of two who entered my apartment did a clean and effective job, the issue with my garbage disposal was fixed in under 10 minutes. Before the team left my apartment, they asked if there was anything else that needed their attention...I thought that was awesome and forward thinking. Very impressed with the maintenance team and their high level of professionalism. Thank you!

so far so good! everything is so clean here and the staff is super sweet! love seeing the girlies at the leasing office when i have a question! move in was a breeze and you can tell they have pride in making their apartments look and feel nice when you move in!
