The Nicholas

I’ve lived here for several years and used to recommend it, but I can’t anymore due to the decline in management. When I first moved in, the property was run by Angela and Kayla and it was excellent. The leasing office was responsive, the building was well maintained, and the community felt organized and cared for. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism is gone. Communication from the leasing office is extremely poor. When I tried to sign my most recent lease, I contacted the office more than a dozen times about an issue in the document and never received a response. The only way I was able to get help was by leaving work early and going to the office in person. Staff have also entered my unit without proper notice or explanation, and my email asking why went unanswered. Package

Been here for a few years and it's really gone down hill. Packages all over the lobby that are never logged. Constantly changing staff, they can't keep a property manager for the life of them. Pool is ice cold and dirty in the summer. Hallways never vacuumed, are all beat up and the garage gate has been broken a dozen times since moving in. They never have resident events anymore, they only care about trying to get people to move in and don't care about keeping current residents. Tons of vacant apartments. Office staff never return emails or answer phones. Communication from the office is horrible, they never let anyone know what's going on. Location and maintenance are nice but building is no longer recommendable. Much nicer buildings in the area with better staff and lower rates.

Wesley was extremely helpful through the entire process. From applying to moving in, he was always available to answer my many questions and make the move to The Nicholas an easy decision to make! It’s great to have someone so involved on site to help out!

I’m moving in next week, and Rachel has been incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process. She’s answered all my questions and has been very accommodating I’ve toured three times (twice before signing and once after to take measurements). The community is gorgeous, with plenty of great restaurants and shops in and around the building. I’m so excited to move in!

The management and leasing office are the worst I've ever interacted with--super disappointing. Complaints are not taken seriously, community trash cans are overflowing and stairwells are filthy. Reply to Response from the owner: It's a bummer that this review was responded to before the email I sent yesterday labeled as "urgent" -- if this is the platform you're most responsive too, that would be good to know before attempting to reach via email or otherwise.
