The Nest Apartments

I'm not sure what others are complaining about. I've been here 1.5 years. There are no roach infestations. Laundry is $2.50/load -- competitive with laundromats elsewhere, and the machines are pretty large capacity. The office has always been responsive to my maintenance requests. Not necessarily ultra modern. But clean and affordable. Stop complaining, keep your apartment clean, pay your rent on time, be courteous to the staff and to your neighbors...in other words be a decent tenant and you'll likely find The Nest a decent place to live.

I made a complaint on this months ago and they have yet to get it cleaned after they claimed they would. we HAVE to pay five dollars a load which is already insane paying so much to just wash and dry but that much for washers and dryers that aren’t maintained and have yet to be cleaned after a year and a half is terrible on the complex’s part. I can’t wait to move out.

Appliances are very outdated. They just paint over everything rather than actually fixing the damages/issues that occur in the apartment. Infested with roaches. I lived here for 2 years and have experienced at least 2 roaches everyday crawling around. I keep my apartment clean and have put in to get sprayed constantly. No matter what they do, these apartments are just infested with roaches. They’re in the walls. At this point, I’m afraid of even walking out to the living room. I also feel so dirty living here. Please look at other options for apartments !

I spent 7 years at the Nest apartments, and it was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Rachel Coffman and Jonathan Standifer were some of the best managers I have ever had. Nest apartments is very family and pet friendly, and the neighborhood is outstanding. I highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable friendly place to live that you look into the Nest apartments.

I moved here to Nest Apartments, from another state. I was nervous about living somewhere I hadn't visited personally, or seen my apartment prior to moving in. I am so happy here!!! My apartment is modern, chic and very comfortable! Rachel (in the office) has made this move incredibly smooth and my apartment was everything she described! LOVE the small community here; great neighbors, property is kept clean and well-run!! The dog park, the cool fitness center, the pool table and coffee bar, the great location-- this is perfect !!!!
