The management staff is professional and friendly. Office staff Ms Donna is the best. Dean building maintenance manager also the best and addressed any concerns I had immediately. There was never a concern I had that was not addressed immediately. Other tenants very friendly. Property was always kept clean. Easy access on bus to downtown. Very nice Mall in walking distance that had everything I needed.Pet friendly.

This apartment complex is very well run. Absolutely no issues with neighbors, for the most part. The complex itself is small which is nice if you like to have space and not be bothered and also helps to prevent issues common with the much larger apartment complexes in Canton. Donna, the property manager is a swetheart and will make sure you're taken care of. Safety, security, and privacy are big here. Dope view too

This was the first place I moved into when moving to Baltimore. It set my expectations high for the future. The apartment complex was clean, safe, and affordable. The parking garage, gym and lobby were a great amenity. Most of all the people cared about their tenants. Both Donna's and Dean were a huge help whenever we ran into a small issue which was rare. I highly recommend living here.

I have nothing but positive things to say about 3610 Dillon st. Donna is everything you could ever want for a building manager. Always friendly, helpful, and a good conversation. The building is always clean and in good condition.

If I could rate this place a ZERO, I would . This building has NO proper security. I’ve seen homeless people sleeping in the lobby many of times. They charge a luxury price with standard or below standard accommodations . And the leasing lady will cuss you out on any given day . Steer clear. Don’t live here
