The roaches will repack all of your belongings and sit it outside, the breaker box keeps going out when I plug the deep fryer up, you have to make sure not much is plugged up in the kitchen. The water is literally brown FREQUENTLY. The plumbing is horrible, you’ll see used toilet paper and feces on the ground. Overall it’s visually appealing but horrible living.

Ms Korina Velasquez At front awesome. She got me approved in one day moved into a two bedroom 1 bath in less than a week. She was professional and really patient and enthusiastic about helping g getting into the apartment. She is an outstanding representative at front office. Be sure to ask for her.

I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and the maintenance here is fantastic, Eli and Jose gave me their names as they helped with this freeze and they work wonders. They helped me and my family stay warm and cozy while they worked hard. They are kind and respectful too, honestly the best maintenance group i’ve had in any of the apartments i’ve been in!

Property is nice very well lit. Upgraded apartments look wonderful. Maintenance team is amazing always helpful, quick to resolve any issues that Eli and Jose are very attentive. Would highly recommend friends and family to live here.
