Do not do business with these people. I would avoid they will try to take all your money and take you to court. Make sure you keep the pre walkthrough inspection report and take pictures. They will also try to do random inspections (vent cleaning or pest control) to try to spy on you (if you have a pet, roommate or any damages).

Terrible company, never get back to you unless it's convenient for them, only care about money and not the renters themselves. Be very wary of them, specifically after move out - document everything you see before in and after move in, they will use it all against you and even hide things so that they can use over you later. The Myers Realty Group is a wonderful mom and pop company run by The Myers, Anne and Mike. I can't for the life of me understand all of the negative reviews they have! We've lived in one of the properties they manage for the last three years and it's been simply the best renting experience I've ever had. If we have an issue we call, and if nobody answers we leave a voice mail and they send someone right away. No problem has ever gone longer than 24 hours without being addressed. When the hurricane was projected to hit they told us all the crucial stuff we needed to know living on the water and told us to take care of ourselves first and not worry about the property until later since it was covered by insurance and people>property. They truly care about their renters and property owners and

AVOID! It’s been a while since I worked with this group. But I’d like to say they also did everything in their power to keep my entire deposit. I scrubbed the house ceiling to floor and went above and beyond up keeping the home. After I had been out of the home for weeks, they claim to have found infantile bed bugs, which by life cycle, could not have existed weeks before. When I attempted to contact them about their ridiculous claims, they dodged me completely and never responded. I would have taken the issue much further legally had I not been moving across country. Absolutely avoid if you can. I put them in the crook category.

I rented from this amazing couple for 2 and a half years. They care tremendously about their tenants and the people they manage property for. Absolutely the best landlords I've ever had in my life. If I ever end up in this area again, I would call them immediately and know I would be taken care of. Any friends I have that intend to rent in this area, I would also send their way. Can't thank them enough for being the awesome humans they are!
