The apartments okay overall, but unfortunately they were not very clean and some things were not functioning properly. However, the administration responds quickly and tries to resolve issues. Haneen Mundia is especially responsive and genuinely tries to help, which we really appreciated.

not worth it. at first glance, it's a nice place. but then: - most of the time 2/3 elevators are broken - the lobby always smells like urine - over summer, every time i visited the gym, the thermostat was at 80 degrees. In SUMMER - maintenance "fixed" my leaky bathtub three times, it still dripped - A/C regularly broke - the garage door would get stuck closed at least once a month, or they would just leave it open, which makes it not a secure garage anymore - the ceiling in the garage is crumbling. I told management multiple times and was always told they have a contractor coming out, but that never happened and now I have a rusty hood (but they did repaint the garage during that time, so they have some priority issues - also t

I worked with Haneen during the move in process and she made it really smooth and easy. She did an amazing job! I moved in January and fell in love with the apt. As others has mentioned, you get some nice amenities in the apt, such as nice granite countertops, stove and otr microwave, washer and dryer and dishwasher. I’ve had no pest or rodent issues. So that’s definitely a bonus compared to my old apt complex, Raven Run (I’ll definitely be leaving a review about them as well) but when I tell you they do NOT prepare you for the radio silence you get from management and maintenance. I have the absolute best leasing and management team. Teresa is so great anytime I have any issues or needs they are addressed immediately with a follow up call. She is a rock star. Thank you for all you do Teresa big and little. It matters

This place has a severe mice and roach infestation and pays residents with $25 gift cards for positive reviews. I spoke to another resident who experienced mice running up his venetian blinds. Also I’ve spoken to a few other residents who have experienced 3 to 5 mice in their apartments respectively. Do not let the leasing agent tell you that it is a fluke, it is not. Go all the way back to the time before PMC acquired the property; pest issues were still occurring but at least then you had cleaning staff at the building 24 hours a day. The trash chute is consistently backed up, sometimes up to the 10th floor. Management will avoid you and leasing agents will ignore you after your move in. You have to go down the street to 30 South Calvert St. to be able to speak to anyone to get any as
