The Mountains Apartments

The Mountain Apt.Ne 66Av are infested with cocroaches! And poor maintenance my rent has been raised from 885.00 to 1010.00 a month,I sighned a lease in Oct 2014 the lease was not honered and my rent was still raised,I have written notices to management about the maintenance, main concern is the cocroache infestation, I also have reported the problems with two of the mountain employees, and still haven't done anything about the problems.Also on two separate ocasions I have had intruders walk into my apt that was scary the intruder was by my elderly mothers room !luckily the police came and I have a lifetime restraining order from this event! I FEEL THAT COMPENSATION should be applied, also cigarette butts all over my back entrance from Neighbors throwing cigarette butts into yard from the u

I have lived here for over a year and management just changed. They are great and make sure they get things done. The last management wasn't so good and the new management had a lot to catch up on but they are doing great! They do have cook roaches but not inside my apartment. They have bug guys come out regularly now.

Used to live there before the roaches moved bc of the roaches it's been like 5 years and they still haven't taken care of the problem even under the different management
