I had already reached out to a few lenders a couple of months ago, and was basically forwarded to call centers and did not have a great experience. I called Marc and got things started with him, and he got my pre-approval letter in less than a day. He spoke to the sellers on my behalf and reiterated why they should work with me/him over any other buyers they had spoken with. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I never had unanswered questions, and always reassured me that everything would go smoothly and it did.
