If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!!! First let me say that Lydia was amazing and insightful during my tour in late June 2025. The floor plan that I was interested in was not available for tour, yet she went above and beyond to get me photos for every room for the Pelican C floor plan as they had 2 coming available for mid August (they have 29 floor plans!). My jaw hit the floor after viewing the photos!!! GORGEOUS! I went to my job and applied right away. From there, I dealt with Courtney who is the absolute SWEETEST! ALWAYS bubbly, friendly and upbeat. Move in day, i swear i nearly fainted walking into my apartment for the first time. It was like something out of a movie. Simply BREATHTAKING! On researching apartment complexes with a family member, The Morgan was not anywhere on our radar. In fact, as we turned in, I had huge concerns over the noise from the nearby freeway. Upon touring several apartments, those concerns were quickly quelled. The sound barrier walls surrounding the complex really do the job! We were shown several apartments of different layouts and sizes, all updated, clean, and spacious. We had several other apartment complexes to tour, but after each one, our thoughts returned to The Morgan. Our apartment has an elevator, lots of storage, a huge kitchen island, and a balcony overlooking the lake. It's a quiet, family-friendly community complete with a pool, community room, and gym. No regrets with this choice!

My roommate and I absolutely adore our new apartment! We recently transferred from a smaller unit as we needed more space & didn’t feel we had the peace we were longing for.. the management team did everything they could to ensure our satisfaction and peace of mind within the community. The property is beautiful, maintenance is speedy, the management team is patient, helpful, and kind. I want to thank Sean, Kayla, Gabby, and Melanie as they all had a hand in guaranteeing our satisfaction! At this point they have exceeded my expectations and I’m grateful! My stay at the Morgans has been great. Office staff always friendly and helpful. It's a great place to live. Plenty of parking the area is quiet.

We enjoyed our move-in experience. There were no issues upon arrival and now I am only 10 minutes away from work which I love. The amount of room within this apartment is crazy, I never thought I’d have a bathroom this big lol. We appreciate everything that has been done for us especially given our situation with military housing. Finding The Morgan have us a sense of peace that we never that we would feel again so for that we say, thank you!
