The Monterey Corona Apartments

As someone who lives in the Monterey, I have nothing but upmost respect for the leasing department. They’re the most kind, Trustworthy people in the neighborhood and have a fair amount of leniency when it comes to having every neighbor on board with the leasing. Lesly is super kind and always finds a resolution whether it’d be finding ping pong balls, or even something as small as checking parking spots that aren’t taken. Amazing team

Five stars for the maintenance service at The Monterey. Josh was very professional and detailed while fixing my AC. He didn't rush the job and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Really appreciate the hard work!

I recently toured The Monterey with Patrick and Shayla, and they were both absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and community. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, made the tour feel personalized, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right home. I left feeling confident and excited about the opportunity to be part of this community. Be CAREFUL. This place will do all that they can to keep your security deposit! Document and photograph everything at move in and move out. We did a preliminary move out walk thru with on site management and fixed anything that was pointed out and they still kept our deposit and want to charge us $600 extra. Management office will defer to corporate office. Corporate office will not respond even after sending a certified letter, no response and sent straight to collections agency. We expected our security deposit to be returned! We were model renters, paid on time every month and had horrible upstairs neighbors (we complained about them and they still lived there when we moved out)-- they left bathtub water running and our ceiling started leaking and had a big hole in our dining room unti

Before this complex, I was so many community, but my experience with this community was totally deferent with others.I got a services regards my tour from a lady by the name Leslie. She was so professional, carry personally, so polite, and patient. She spent a lot of time to show me all community, and she explained perfectly about prices and rules of rent. I hope I can get Apt here. I wish the best for her on her career. I want just tell to the corporate that Monterey community that you should be lucky to have her on this property.
