Area has been good so far. Small Apartments, small complex , remodeled units . No break ins, Management is great! Apartments will work with you according to your situation. Call for more details.
I’ve been a previous tenant at the Monroy Apartments. I have moved out over 3 months ago and I have been trying to contact the property manager for my deposit refund and have heard nothing. Have called Sanmore Investments multiple times, and no one ever answers. This is getting ridiculous.
Peaceful and quiet everyone stays to them selfs I didn’t have any problems staying here would recommend
Quiet family/couple apartments, affordable rent neighbors are friendly
