The Leasing Office has been a dream!! Connor, the APM, toured me and supports me anytime I call! The staff is absolutely amazing & I am so at peace living here! The neighbors are amazing, the floorpan is perfect, the staff is personable and professional, and it's in such a great location! I love the communication here & love how strong the community is - I have already met friends & feel comfortable using the amenities (even with others around)! 10/10 - I just moved in and would sign another lease TODAY!! S/O to Connor for being so awesome & thank you so much!!
It's been 6 months since I moved in and have enjoyed living here immensely. We looked at all the buildings nearby and the first thing that stood out was The Monroe's staff. Taylan is probably sick of all my questions but he is patience, professional, and personable. He's prompt with his responses and solutions oriented. Both the old Connor and new Connor were/are also helpful! Next is the entire maintenance crew. Work orders are taken care of immediately, trash is picked up daily unless its a holiday, and the common area rec spaces, business canter, package room, and restrooms are well maintained. They also provide free coffee! There are some areas where the hallway carpeting could use a refresh. Hoping it happens in due time. We opted for an inner unit that overlooks the courtyard
I resided at The Monroe for 16 months and regret to say that my experience was consistently unsatisfactory due to ongoing maintenance failures, building quality concerns, and unprofessional management practices. Upon move-in, our dishwasher was leaking, causing water damage to the surrounding baseboards. It took several months for this issue to be addressed. The eventual remedy involved painting over mold- and water-stained baseboards and stripping the interior of the dishwasher rather than replacing the damaged materials, raising concerns about the adequacy of the repair. Property access and security were also ongoing issues. Multiple doors throughout the building remained broken for months, including those leading to the parking garage, and main entrances. Problems included missing han
Living at The Monroe was one of the most frustrating and concerning rental experiences I’ve ever had. Management consistently dismissed legitimate maintenance issues, failed to take accountability, and made residents feel like their concerns were an inconvenience rather than a priority. From November 2024 through August 2025, we repeatedly reported a leaking dishwasher. We were continuously told it “wasn’t broken.” When a new maintenance technician finally inspected it months later, he informed us it had been completely stripped and was fully broken which is exactly why it had been leaking the entire time. We weren’t exaggerating. We were ignored while water filled our kitchen island, and the issue was downplayed for months. The walls are thinner than my patience with this place. You can
We have lived here for over 2 years and we loved it, informally. But all good things come to an end. The office staff use to be friendly and personable, but that has changed drastically as that team has all gone on to other things. No one answers phone calls, no one responds back to emails. India is a very sweet and welcoming, but she’s only one person, and can’t handle the whole thing solo. I haven’t seen anyone else. In addition, the maintenance staff are incredibly nice and always speak to you and chat with you. Clara and her cleaning team are so very kind and genuine. The property itself is solid, and the idea of the property is great but all the amenities that are on the website are not up to par. Trash is left all over the building by some tenants and that causes the floor to sme
