The Monark Apartments

Moved in around April and had to move out due to not getting the full extent of our apartment. I've been in a new place for awhile. We had due to safety reasons. Back in April of last year, our oven caught fire and found out that a filament needed to be replaced. Fine. We placed a work order and took 3 months to fix it, they said that the part wasn't made anymore. Fine, we spoke and addressed the issue over and over and the same thing "we cant find the part". We told the front assistant and the manager there why cant you just get a stove from an empty room? Ignored that. We proceeded to have a meeting that we were moving out because we were paying over $800 and couldn't get the full extent of our apartment among other issues with them. Legally we did our research because that was a breach

The neighbors are great, but the owners and some of the maintenance workers ain’t jack. If they can’t enter through the front. They’ll enter through the back if it’s open.and don’t get me started on the entrances, I had to replace 3 tires cause all they do is pour sand in the pot holes and they don’t want to fix it. But when they see something they don’t like in the apartment it a problem and then they decide to follow their guidelines. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!

When i went for my first tour i opened the shower water and the handles were broken, i was assured multiple times it would be fixed by the time i moved in. A week later when i signed the lease papers i asked again if the shower situation was taken care of and i was told “yes everything has been taken care of and theres no need to worry” that was Friday morning, then when i went to go look at the “finished apt” i checked the shower again and it was still broken so i called and didn’t get someone to check it till the next day. The man who fixed it was very friendly and helpful. I thought the issue would be fixed but now the shower head wasn’t working and there was no hot water in the apartment, i called and put in a maintenance request Sunday morning and didn’t get anyone till the next day a

I’m liking my experience so far with Monarch Apartments. My brother and I recently just moved in and we feel right at home. The managing crew are also very helpful and polite!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the young lady who helped me aquire my new apartment. Lupita was very helpful in assisting me with my new apartment and I am very satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the apartment complex. Thank you Lupita G. For all your help.
