I'm not shocked that they deleted all of the previous reviews. They probably did that to get the empty units filled. Regardless, they're still trash! IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION, PLEASE GO THERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! THESE UNITS FLOOD... The foundation is bad here, and the basements flood when it rains, yet they blame it on the gutters and MSD when it's not a gutter or sewer problem. The sewer infrastructure is also old, and sewage will back up into the basements. When you submit a work ticket about the flooding, you never get a response. When you see or talk to them, they claim to never have received it, yet it's still showing in the maintenance app. When you send them emails, they only respond to certain things in the email, and after you reply again inquiring about the m

This is the only place that accepted a family member with an eviction from 2023 , thanks to management. She only had to pay a good amount of money they will work with you in office . Management is Deneisha Watson ❤️

Terrible looking and rundown. They have really let these go.. They used to look much better when they were called Countryside townhomes... Now they're painted white and it looks like low security prison.

These town homes are pathetic the management is even more pathetic from the head on down. Nonething gets done maintenance men don’t know what they doing. They get switch out very often the jobs so overwhelming they just end up leaving. All they do is give you cheap work when you have a problem which is only a temporary fix until it happens again. They unprofessional office always closed just spend your hard earned money elese were they don’t care.if I could give them 0 stars I would not even a star is deserved not enough security that even patrols the homes.
