Joseph Reichman is the Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker to deal with when looking to take out a mortgage for your house! It was a true pleasure dealing with Joseph and his team at the Mint Capital; he ALWAYS made time for me to answer all my questions and concerns. He is VERY Knowledgeable and knows his work. As it was my first time taking out a mortgage, I wasn't too knowledgeable about the process, so he made sure to explain to me every single step; the main thing is that he made sure I got the best rate possible, and I should close on time.

It was a real pleasure working with Joseph and his team! They were extremely knowledgeable, had a thorough working knowledge of the products available and matched me to the products that were most appropriate from my situation. Then, once we decided on the final choice - everything moved like clockwork! I never had to call for paperwork or a follow up more than once, and usually they preempted me by reaching out first.
