The Milo on Westheimer Apartments

Do not recommend anyone living here. These apartments are trash with new management and it has officially become a government housing apartment complex even though they don’t want to admit it. Out of the three years living here and with different management we’ve had this one has to be by farthest the worst management ever. They never pick up the phones, they never send out emails of when they are out of the office they close their office early or open up late w/out warning they add extra fees “premium fees” if you are living near the pool or have a pool view or even live near the elevator. The gates will take forever to be fixed and including the only elevator in the apartment complex one time it took management 3 weeks to fix it. i am a current resident of milo and the new management they are under is concerning and unprofessional. i have no good things to say about them. the office is supposed to close at 5:30pm and during the course of the last week ive been going around 3:30-4:30 pm to address an issue i’ve been had for about two months now and the office is always closed or there is nobody there. i’ve had to call 10 + times all together as well as email and file a complaint and no response until today. on the website not once but twice does it mention the gym is 24 hours AND i was told while on my tour before onboarding it was 24 hour access however when i asked them about it they told me that it closes at 8pm which is a lie. there have been residents as well as myself there past 11pm previously and was one
