I recently encountered a concerning experience with Jonathan Mills, of Keller Williams, who listed a house for rent in High Springs. After initially posting the listing, he took three days to respond to my inquiry. Following his request, I promptly submitted a prequalification application, disclosing my stable employment, substantial income, and offering a guarantor as added security.
