The Mill Residences is an amazing place to live! The location is unbeatable — close to everything yet peaceful and beautifully maintained. The apartments are modern, spacious, and built with great attention to quality and comfort. What really made my experience exceptional was working with Desirae, the leasing agent. She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend The Mill Residences — and definitely ask for Desirae when you visit!

Moving to The Mill Residences has been a Pleasurable experience to say the least. The property manager Erica has been extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Another person that made my experience amazing is Ciara. She has been extremely helpful even through the multiple changes I made throughout the process of my move.
