Do not live here!!! Managment is incompetent beyond belief. The pool is never usable, absolutely disgusting 99.9% of the time. (Photo included) Maintenance is not performed properly. Cars are broken into on the regular, my husband's was literally stolen from the parking lot. It constantly reeks of weed. I was asked to move parking spots three times because they accidentally assigned mine to a different person repeatedly. Maintenance locked my cat out of the room with his litter box who then caused ~$1500 in damages and they did nothing to fix it. My dishwasher and ice maker both never worked despite putting in many tickets for them. Do not move in unless you hate yourself. I lived here for a year and it was a miserable one for a pleather of reasons. Management never responds in a timely manner and I still have unanswered emails. Management is rude on top of that. Don’t bother calling the main phone number; they don’t answer the calls or pass on messages. Work orders could take up to 3 months to fix. The issues I had include: losing power to my room and fridge, being without a fridge for 3 months and not being fully reimbursed for all the food I had just bought, the closet not having any shelving for months even though I noted it during my walk through, maintenance losing your keys and taking over a month to rekey my apartment, packages stolen by other residents and by people who would just wander through , main build

Our unit has had so many issues during our duration of this lease. The main ones being the leaking roof and growing mold. Both of which has made our living space uncomfortable. We’ve called and even visited the office in regard to our concerns and no fixes. Our furniture is soaked whenever there’s heavy rain due to the multiple holes in our ceiling and cracks under the windows. The mold growing on our walls were addressed…with a paint job. It’s been a health concern as we’ve been sick more than average since living here. There’s so much more to add like the random fluctuations in our ledger, the lack of communication, etc

This place has become a complete dump! As someone who lived here for over 10 years it went extremely downhill once RPM took over. This management company doesn't care about their tenants, their security or the property in general. The pool opened almost at the end of the summer last year without explanation until tenants started complaining. Best believe they closed it back up on time though! Front door call box didn’t work and the other doors to the building do not close right which means it’s unlocked pretty much all of the time. There is a TERRIBLE mold problem throughout the building. I mean everywhere down to the gym. Water builds up between the 2 windows and condensation runs down the back wall which is almost all windows in the apartment. I’ve been here a few months and I absolutely love it here. They recently changed management companies and they’ve renovated the pool area making it a lot more private and enjoyable. The maintenance team comes to fix things in a timely and professional manner, and it’s easy to make a service request. I loved the immediate text back and they even sent a text to tell me how to trouble shoot the issue myself. It’s a very quiet building also so peaceful and serene. It even has a rooftop patio with a nice view of the city.
