The Mill at Loggers Creek

We had a wonderful experience at The Mill. Chloe, the property manager, and Ari, the leasing consultant, were nothing but professional, caring, and super helpful throughout our application process. The entire community is beautiful, and we really loved everything about The Mill. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to live in the downtown area.

Living here has been probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This place is overpriced, issues that have been brought up to management takes days if not weeks to resolve. The elevator is always blaring with alarms that you can hear in your own unit. We have made several noise complaints of upstairs tenants being extremely to loud, only to be told by Ari that it’s our responsibility as a tenant to ask them to settle down. Trash deposit rooms are always messy. You can hardly use any amenities as they are almost always closed due to maintenance and so on so fourth. This building is not secure as we have had almost 3k worth of tools that have been stolen and property management will not look at security footage to find out who stole them. My husband and I have rented a two-bedroom, two-bath unit at The Mill at Loggers Creek and are excited to be moving into such a beautiful building. The apartment's high-end finishes and spacious rooms are especially attractive and the underground garage and building amenities are a big plus. Kayla has been outstanding throughout the leasing process, answering all of our questions and helping us with the necessary paperwork. Thank you, Kayla!

Staff extremely helpful, very gracious, an asset to the Mill. Units are well designed, having an appropriate balance of living and sleeping spaces. Many competing complexes offer studios which are more a hotel room than a home, or one bedroom units that allocate far too much space to the bedroom. Overall, I expect a pleasant living experience at the Mill.

This is not a luxury apartment by any means. You are paying luxury prices for your standard sticks and plaster corporate profit-over-people construction. With luxury you should expect to be sound proofed, but it seems they forgot to do proper insulation when constructing since you can hear people simply moving above you, no matter the person, and the interior temperature control is practically gambling. That is very disappointing as I’ve lived in “non-luxury” apartments which are better built and yet are 1/3 the price. The “amenities” are always broken, closed, or filthy. The disposal rooms look more like a landfill than the actual landfill. Requests have been made and yet nothing is done. This wouldn’t be so much an issue if they didn’t charge exorbitant fees ON TOP OF RENT for this suppo
