Customer Reviews
I had lived here for about 4 years and when I first moved in it was a great place to live. Swimming pool and hot tub and perfect gym. We even had a rooftop. When management switched from Sequioa the property went downhill. I'm talking 2 of the 3 elevators always down and not running. The trash chutes backed up causing residents to come downstairs to take trash up. The washer and dryers always breaking down and them having to call wash connect to fix over time. The fire alarm going off because homeless get in to the boiler room and sleep in lobby when there wasn't security present. We had 2 shootings one in the parking lot and one in tower 2 and no apologies for fear of safety. After changing management 3 times they had changed over to affordable housing. We tried to get on a payment plan b
I recently toured an apartment at The Mill and wanted to thank your team for what was certainly one of the more memorable leasing experiences I’ve had. Being greeted with “I hate morning tours” was an interesting way to start a scheduled appointment. It was helpful to know upfront that my presence was an inconvenience. That level of enthusiasm definitely sets the tone. I was also surprised to hear commentary that seemed to subtly shame the very residents who live there, specifically referencing that these are low-income apartments. It’s always reassuring to see staff speak so warmly about the community they represent. Most concerning, however, was the inaccurate and misleading information shared about VAWA protections. Given that VAWA exists to protect survivors of domestic violence, provi
The young man in the office deserves five stars. His customer service skills, kindness and way of trying to solve a problem was incredibly refreshing. Then came the old blonde women, click clacking away in the back of their office not giving any solutions, spoke to me with hostility in their tone and offered more hurtles instead of solutions while trying to retrieve packages for a friend of mine who had moved out of state. Maybe it’s time to have a younger less jaded crowd of people running the leasing office at The Mills. Very happy I don’t live there.
Title: Absolutely the Worst Living Experience - Avoid The Mill at First Hill at All Costs If I could give zero stars. I would. Our experience at The Mill at First Hill has been nothing short of a nightmare. When we signed our lease, we were promised great amenities a pool, hot tub, and rooftop access. In reality, all three have been unavailable for nine of the twelve months we've lived here, with no clear updates or timeline for repairs. So much for "luxury living." Our dishwasher leaks every single time we use it, and despite submitting sir separate maintenance requests, not one has been answered. The building's maintenance and management teams are completely unresponsive. It gets worse they lost our rent checks for September and October and then had the audacity to threaten us with e
I'm a tenant here for over 6 years, but this is my first time to write the review for the new SRM management team. I'd like to take this chance to show my gratitude and appreciation for my maintenance job completed recently - really wonderful work I've ever seen. John is so professional and showed his expertise in every detail of the painting work. Can you imagine an APT worker painting a bathroom ceiling continuously for days with every step carefully and professionally, like wearing the protective clothing of a professional spray painter? I'm lucky to have you as the management team for the Mill APT, looking forward to more business success from you.
