We had an appointment for Monday at 10am, we got our confirmation and were in touch with the management team. We flew here from Virginia, bought air plane tickets, reserved a hotel, spent a bunch of money. When we came here at the appointed time nobody even showed up. We waited for 30 minutes outside and the whole management team was missing. We feel deeply disrespected and lucky at same time, we definitely not want to live in a building with such unprofessional management team. Don’t waste your time applying here.
Chris and Dana have been great. They made choosing the apartment and move in seamless. I had an inquiry about an item, and maintenance arrived immediately to assist. The gym on the 6th floor with city views and the free morning coffee are awesome. I appreciate the care the management team shows the residents Update Jan 2026. Chris is no longer here. I’m sure the new manager will be just as good. Adding a note that the Douglas / Coral Way intersection is very busy and close to a hospital It can bring some noise. The offset is that the beautiful town of Coral Gables is accessible on foot which is fun on weekends
We have lived in a few apartments in Miami and this one has been our favorite! The location is unmatched for the price and the management was always so nice and helpful! The Coral Gables area has everything you could want within walking distance so this apartment is in the perfect spot. The units have gorgeous views of the city and our sunsets were always my favorite part of the day. This is not sponsored or anything, I just love this place!
We moved in recently and everything has more than exceeded my expectations. The location is truly unmatched, unit is absolutely beautiful with tons of natural light, and the management is honestly the best I’ve ever had. They are super attentive and very quick to respond to any maintenance request (within the hour)! I love living here so much!
The Mile is a great place to live! Everyone is very helpful. The staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. Truly enjoy living here.
