They talked (she said a very good talk) and told him things he should or could have done to make him not just a good listing agent, but an overall outstanding agent and through extreme diligence and the sale will be closed next month. Mike, thank you for taking care of my friend and going above and beyond to close the deal. If the sale falls through now, it will not be Mike’s fault and the buyer will forfeit their earnest money.
