The Mews Apartments and Townhomes

Frankly very disappointed they took out the glass doors to all the apartments. I believe there was no issue in the first place with the glass doors to the point they needed to take it off. The paint on the door that was like a dark blue or a dark teal was not painted correctly to any of the doors I’ve seen. There are still marks left over of the original paint. There was no point to remove the glass doors. The glass doors made these apartments nicer and a lot of sunlight went through and it made the inside of the apartments nicer and not dull. Now it just feels dull. I feel like this the rent is already very costly they shouldn’t have taken out things that were nice to the apartments. I really need an answer on why they were removed because I doubt it was bothering anyone or the office. Pl

Bring back the window doors please! They were nice and made these apartments more nicer. Now I can’t even look outside like that anymore which is so sad now the apartments look dull from the inside with no light coming out. The window doors didn’t disturb anyone so why. It was just nicer with the window doors. The paint on the doors were not painted correctly but at least bring back the window doors please

This area is very nice the pool is accessible and the area is very clean overall. Just that there isn’t a sign to show we’re stuff is like the clubhouse and dog park cause I need to know the guidelines. Other than that this area is nice and neighbors aren’t loud so I love here

Unfortunately, this may not even change once I move please do all your research and have everything together on your end, they will say it’s gotten better because of new management but the only NEW thing they’ve implemented is rules.

I recently moved in to a two bedroom townhome and I can honestly say it is my favorite place I have lived. Neighborhood is always quiet even on a Saturday night. It has absolutely great amenities such as dimmable lights, ceiling fans, dog park, and saltwater pool. The ladies in the office remember you, and are super sweet and helpful FROM DAY 1. You can’t beat the price. The location is great. I am extremely grateful and hope to continue such a positive experience.
