The Metro Apartments

Worst of the worst. Never lease an apartment from these people. They will make your life miserable during your stay, and they will not refund your security deposit after you move out. It has been more than 5 months, and I still have not received my security deposit.

The management is absolutely horrible. The hot water hasn't worked since I've got here and its been 3 months. They dont communicate at all with anything going on with they apartment. They will never get anything fixed. And my power has been out for going on 2 days and they have said nothing. And I doubt they're gonna reimburse us for the spoiled food we're going to have. Just the absolute worst place to live. Never come here or any denton student apartments.

Avoid this apartment and any others managed by this company. There is a severe roach infestation, broken washers and dryers, and maintenance requests are often ignored or falsely marked as completed. Units have gone weeks without hot water, and management is extremely difficult to reach. Even when they respond, it takes weeks and the help is minimal. Renting here or at any other property they own is a serious risk.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THESE PEOPLE WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE AND HAVE YOU QUESTIONING HOW A MANAGEMENT TEAM COULD TREAT THEIR RESIDENTS LIKE THIS. ROACHES ALL OVER THE WALLS, IN MY BED AT NIGHT, AND IN THE FOOD PANTRY. ABSOLUTE SHAME THEY WON’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THIS PLACE AND ALL THE OTHER PLACES THIS COMPANY OWNS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH. I HAD TO STAY WITH MY BOYFRIEND FOR MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE ROACHES AND DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE IN MY OWN APARTMENT.

Do NOT rent from these people. They are scam artists and slum lords. When we got there they said they had no record of us signing a lease agreement, despite us having all the paperwork and emails in hand showing it's completion. After filling out all the paperwork AGAIN, they told us it would be a day late, then 3 days, then a week, then 2 weeks and then finally they said for sure it would be ready on a specific date but when that day came, they pushed it back another week. When you try to call, nobody answers. My son is a UNT student from out of state and nowhere to go and it is 3 weeks past the contract start date. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Pay a little more to avoid the BS that is this company!!! Students, do not fall for the prices or the pictures, they are dirty, beat up apartment
