The Met Apartments

What can I say about The Met & the team. Well, this place feels like home thanks the awesome team here. I came from the east coast (RI) came out here to follow a dream & living here as made life a little more easier. Lets start off with Virgina (The Property Manager) & Catherine (assistant manager) they always answer my questions quickly either in person or in email form. Their professionalism makes it easier to confront them. Now about Joel (Maintenance) he's one of the coolest guys you want fixing up your apartment. 1, he is VERY knowledgeable about EVERYTHING (Literally) 2, he knows my work schedule (Late night shifts) so he knows when it best to fix up the place 3. Over time here he makes you feel like a friend as he walks the grounds you can't help but chat with him. Keep it going Guy

Staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed to become a resident. The property was clean and up to date. I was greeted with kindness and respect. Now, this is not a typical review you usually would see, I did not have the financial back up I needed and thought I had to rent, but Catherine went out of her way to explain what I needed improved and provided me with resources to continue my search. I'm simply a single mom, trying to get back in my feet,and although I wasn't able to further a rental process I would like to thank her, for being so kind and professional. Thank you.

I’ve lived here for 7 years. Very satisfied with the manager Virginia. The maintenance guy Joel has addressed my work orders in a timely manner. Catherine the assistant manager is very polite and has helped me out many times. Amazing staff!

I've had my share of apt complex experiences, and The Met is by far the best! Virgina and Catherine have always been helpful whenever we have any questions or concerns. Joel is a great maintenance man! He always fixes our repairs very quickly & efficiently. Thank you to The Met employees for making the place we call home comfortable.

We have called The Met home for 3 years now, when we were searching we sat with many rude, incompetent, and just plain unhelpful apartments. This was NOT our experience at The Met from the beginning Virginia answered all of our questions helped us fill out all of our application paperwork and worked with us for our documents making our move into our first apartment very pleasing. Catherine showed us the apartment and got us our keys. Little did we know how helpful Catherine would be over the next three years always answering calls requiring maintenence and getting Joel (maintenance) over quickly every time to fix any issues that happen arise with great competence and a smile on his face.
