The Meridian Lafayette

I have had such an amazing time living here. I come from another country and have found a group of mom friends here that have made my time priceless. Our kids play together and we make food for each other and help each other out. The front office and maintenance team make life so much easier as well. They handle issues quickly and are very kind. I count my blessing that I found a loving community here.

I cannot convey how appreciative I am about the Meridian at Lafayette team. The ladies are awesome and the maintenance crew is always prompt. They have created a warm and welcoming environment with a strong sense of community. I’ve been living here for 4 years now, and am truly grateful for meeting such wonderful group of people.

I moved in back in January and have been so happy. We originally did a short term lease and were planning on moving out but decided to renew because we have enjoyed it here so much. If you are on the fence, give this place a try. You will see that the office staff are friendly and the apartments are well maintained.

Don't you wish you had my view!!!! I love living at The Meridian. The location is very convenient and not in a congested area. The office team is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is awesome as well. I am extremely happy with my decision to live at The Meridian Fayetteville.

After moving to Georgia we were looking for a nice neighborhood with good schools and a reasonable commute to the airport. The North side was great but with terrible traffic! After looking at dozen communities we came across the Meridian Lafayette! I wonder why I never saw it before! It has amazing Fayette county school district and is nestled in the greens. A beautiful trail of houses follows the community. I couldn’t find a single community as good in Fayetteville. The Meridian Lafayette made our lives so much more fun with the amazing staff at the leasing office. The kindness and humbleness has no match. We are a family of four and they offer something for everyone with their amenities and the monthly events! We consider ourselves so lucky to have found it. ❤️❤️
